Ο Αγώνας 10χλμ. του Kourion Race πραγματοποιείται στο Φράγμα Κούρη, προσφέροντας στους δρομείς μια πανέμορφη διαδρομή με εντυπωσιακή θέα στο νερό και το γύρω φυσικό τοπίο.
Η διαδρομή περιλαμβάνει ορισμένες ήπιες ανηφορικές και κατηφορικές κλίσεις, χωρίς να είναι ιδιαίτερα ανηφορική. Με τη δροσερή πρωινή ατμόσφαιρα και το υπέροχο φυσικό περιβάλλον, αποτελεί μια εξαιρετική ευκαιρία για τρέξιμο, προπόνηση και απόλαυση της φύσης.

Φέρτε τα παιδιά σας μαζί και εγγράψτε τα ηλεκτρονικά. Η συμμετοχή κοστίζει μόνο €5 ανά παιδί, με τα έσοδα να ενισχύουν τον σκοπό μας.
Τα παιδιά που θα εγγραφούν έγκαιρα και θα προσέλθουν πριν εξαντληθούν τα μπλουζάκια θα λάβουν μπλουζάκι αγώνα και μετάλλιο.

The 10KM Kourion Race takes place at Kouris Dam, offering runners a beautiful and scenic route with stunning views across the water and the surrounding landscape.
The course includes some gentle uphill and downhill sections, but it is not overly hilly. With the cool morning conditions and beautiful scenery, it is a fantastic place to run, train and enjoy the outdoors.
Whether you are an experienced runner, preparing for a longer race, or simply looking for a scenic 10KM challenge, come and enjoy the experience at Kouris Dam!
The first 6 finishers will receive awards.
Every participant will receive a race medal and race T-shirt.
Bring Your Children!
Bring your children along and register them online. Registration is only €5 per child, with the proceeds helping to support our cause.
Children who register early and arrive at the race before the T-shirts run out will receive a race T-shirt and medal.

Παιδικοί Αγώνες – Kourion Race

Το Kourion Race περιλαμβάνει ειδικούς αγώνες για μικρούς αθλητές, με διαφορετικές ηλικιακές κατηγορίες.
Κατηγορίες και αποστάσεις
Νηπιαγωγείο: 300 μέτρα
Κάτω των 8 ετών: 600 μέτρα (συνήθως Α΄ και Β΄ Δημοτικού)
Κάτω των 10 ετών: 600 μέτρα (συνήθως Γ΄ και Δ΄ Δημοτικού)
Κάτω των 12 ετών: 600 μέτρα (συνήθως Ε΄ και ΣΤ΄ Δημοτικού)
Σημαντικό: Οι ηλικιακές κατηγορίες θα καθορίζονται αυστηρά με βάση το έτος γέννησης και όχι την τάξη του σχολείου.
Οι τάξεις που αναφέρονται στις παρενθέσεις είναι ενδεικτικές,
καθώς ορισμένα παιδιά μπορεί να έχουν αλλάξει τάξη ή να έχουν επαναλάβει σχολική χρονιά. Με αυτόν τον τρόπο διασφαλίζεται η δίκαιη συμμετοχή όλων.
Κόστος συμμετοχής και βραβεία
Κόστος συμμετοχής: €5 ανά παιδί.
Το ποσό περιλαμβάνει συμμετοχή τόσο στους επίσημους παιδικούς αγώνες δρόμου όσο και στον ξεχωριστό ψυχαγωγικό αγώνα με πατίνια ή τροχοπέδιλα.
Τα παιδιά που δεν επιθυμούν να συμμετάσχουν στους αγώνες δρόμου μπορούν να λάβουν μέρος μόνο στον αγώνα με πατίνια ή τροχοπέδιλα, με το ίδιο κόστος των €5.
Όλα τα παιδιά που συμμετέχουν στους επίσημους παιδικούς αγώνες θα λάβουν μετάλλιο συμμετοχής και μπλουζάκι αγώνα μέχρι εξαντλήσεως των αποθεμάτων.
Τα τρία πρώτα αγόρια και τα τρία πρώτα κορίτσια κάθε ηλικιακής κατηγορίας στους επίσημους αγώνες δρόμου θα βραβευτούν.
Αγώνας με πατίνια και τροχοπέδιλα
Τοποθεσία: Φράγμα Κούρη, Λεμεσός
Ώρα έναρξης: Περίπου στις 11:00 π.μ., στο τέλος του αγωνιστικού προγράμματος.
Πρόκειται για έναν ξεχωριστό, ψυχαγωγικό αγώνα για παιδιά με πατίνια ή τροχοπέδιλα.
Όλα τα παιδιά είναι ευπρόσδεκτα να συμμετάσχουν και να διασκεδάσουν με τους φίλους τους.
Στον αγώνα με πατίνια και τροχοπέδιλα δεν υπάρχουν νικητές ή βραβεία.
Σκοπός είναι αποκλειστικά η διασκέδαση και η συμμετοχή.
Εγγραφή, συγκατάθεση γονέα και βραχιολάκι
Μία εγγραφή καλύπτει και τους δύο παιδικούς αγώνες.
Κάθε παιδί χρειάζεται να εγγραφεί μία φορά, να έχει συμπληρωμένο το έντυπο συγκατάθεσης γονέα μία φορά και να παραλάβει ένα βραχιολάκι.
Δεν χρειάζεται να επαναλάβει τη διαδικασία για τον δεύτερο αγώνα.
Το ίδιο σύστημα εγγραφής και βραχιολιού ισχύει και για τους υπόλοιπους αγώνες δρόμου του Kourion Race.
Τα παιδιά δεν χρειάζονται αριθμό συμμετοχής· πρέπει απλώς να φορούν το βραχιολάκι τους.
Ηλεκτρονική εγγραφή: Οι γονείς πρέπει να εγγράψουν το παιδί τους και να συμπληρώσουν το έντυπο συγκατάθεσης.
Βραχιολάκι: Τα παιδιά που έχουν εγγραφεί ηλεκτρονικά θα πρέπει να δώσουν το όνομά τους στους διοργανωτές,
ώστε να εντοπιστεί η εγγραφή τους και να παραλάβουν το βραχιολάκι τους.
Πληρωμή: €5 ανά παιδί για τους δύο παιδικούς αγώνες.
Εγγραφή την ημέρα του αγώνα: Αν ένα παιδί δεν έχει εγγραφεί ή πληρώσει ηλεκτρονικά και το όνομά του δεν βρίσκεται στον κατάλογο,
μπορεί να εγγραφεί και να πληρώσει €5 επιτόπου, μόνο εφόσον υπάρχουν διαθέσιμες θέσεις.
Το έντυπο συγκατάθεσης γονέα πρέπει και πάλι να συμπληρωθεί πριν από τη συμμετοχή.

Kids Race – Kourion Race

The Kourion Race includes special races for young athletes, divided into different age categories.
Race Categories and Distances
Kindergarten: 300m
Under 8: 600m (usually 1st and 2nd Year Primary)
Under 10: 600m (usually 3rd and 4th Year Primary)
Under 12: 600m (usually 5th and 6th Year Primary)
Important: Age categories will be determined strictly by each child's year of birth, not their school year.
The school years in brackets are for guidance only, as some children may have skipped or repeated a school year.
This ensures fair competition for everyone.
Registration Fee and Prizes
Registration fee: €5 per child.
The fee includes participation in both the official Kids Race and the separate Scooter & Roller Skates Fun Race.
Children who do not wish to participate in the official running races can still join only the scooter or roller-skates race for the same €5 fee.
All children participating in the official Kids Race will receive a race medal for participation and a race T-shirt while stocks last.
The top three boys and top three girls in each age category of the official running races will receive prizes.
Scooter & Roller Skates Fun Race
Location: Kouris Dam, Limassol
Start time: Approximately 11:00 a.m., at the end of the racing programme.
A separate fun race will be held for children on scooters or roller skates.
All children are welcome to join in and have fun with their friends.
There are no winners or prizes in the Scooter & Roller Skates Fun Race.
It is purely for fun and participation.
Registration, Parental Consent and Wristbands
One registration covers both children's races.
Each child only needs to register once, complete the parental consent form once and receive one wristband.
There is no need to repeat the process for the second race.
The same registration and wristband system also applies to the other Kourion Race running events.
Children do not need a race number; they only need to wear their wristband.
Online registration: Parents must register their child and complete the parental consent form.
Wristband: Children who have registered online should give their name to the organisers so their registration can be located and their wristband issued.
Payment: €5 per child for both children's races.
Registration on the day: If a child has not registered or paid online and their name is not on the registration list,
they may register and pay €5 on the spot,
subject to availability and remaining places.
The parental consent form must still be completed before participation.

Mellow 17Km Kourion Ηistoric race (18/10/2026)
Kourion Race – 17KM Historical Route
Experience one of Limassol’s newest and most historic running events.
The 17KM Kourion Race takes you on a unique journey through some of Cyprus’ most iconic historical and sporting landmarks. The race starts at the Ancient Stadium of Kourion, passes by the Ancient Theatre of Kourion, and continues along the SBA road towards Kolossi Castle.
From there, the route gradually makes its way towards the Alpha Mega Stadium, before the final challenge — a climb to the finish at Kouris Dam, the largest dam in Cyprus.
Race Day Schedule
7:00 a.m. – Participants park at Kouris Dam, where the race will finish.
7:30 a.m. – Shuttle buses take participants from Kouris Dam to the Ancient Stadium of Kourion.
Before the race – Participants warm up inside the historic Ancient Stadium.
8:30 a.m. – 17KM race start.
Top 6 men and top 6 women will be awarded.
A Race Like No Other
The Kourion Race comes with a unique commemorative medal, specially designed for this historic event — possibly one of the most impressive race medals in Cyprus.
Places are limited, so secure your registration early and be part of this unique running experience.
If you are preparing for a marathon or another longer-distance event, the 17KM Kourion Race is also a great opportunity to extend your training. After completing the official 17KM route, you can continue up the dam and add as many additional kilometres as you wish.
